Richard Abdy comments that this coin seems to be part of a group of irregular hybrids. Incomplete silver denarius of Hadrian (AD 117-138), [HADRIANVS] AVG COS III P P which dates the coin to c.AD 134-138 within his reign, but the reverse is worn and the original surface missing, so it cannot be defined, apart from a central figure standing right with a tall structure to the right, perhaps a parazonium, or perhaps another figure but they are too close together for ADVENTVS AVG type.

Measures 18mm, weighs 2.03g, die axis 7. The coin has slight wear and is badly damaged and incomplete, the surface breaking up.
