A silver plated contemporary copy of a denarius of Tiberius, AD14-37, (Reece period 1). This coin is copying a coin minted in Lyon. Reverse legend reads [PONTIF MAXIM]. Reverse shows Female figure seated right holding branch. See RIC I, p.95, c.f.30. Obverse shows a laureate head right. Obverse legend reads TI[...]AVG[...]. Condition is fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 1.42g, diameter is 19mm.
