A silver sexfoil mount of Medieval date. It is dome shaped with a hollow back with six evenly shaped facets radiating from the centre. It has a central hole for a separate circular rivet which is missing. It is flattened in half, most likely due to post-depositional damage. It measures 19.00mm in diameter, 11.06mm in height, 0.39mm in thickness and weighs 0.83g. This mount is similar to copper-alloy examples published from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991: no 952).

A worn and clipped 13th-century Medieval silver voided long cross penny of Henry III, struck by the moneyer Robert, Canterbury mint (1250-58 AD). Class 5: mule of class 5c and 5d. Cf. North 1991 Vol II, Nos. 993-994). This coin appears to be a mule of classes 5c and d because it displays features of both types. The crown is of pellet type (not split crown with fleur de lis), and with oval eyes and pellet centres (5c). The lettering is more akin to 5d, in particular the X and lombardic 'R'. The lettering for Canterbury 'ANT' is also ligated on the reverse.
