A silver Post Medieval coin; a shilling of Charles I (1625 - 1649), Group F, triangle in circle initial mark (1641 - 1643). See North number 2231. The coin appears to have moved during the striking as there are two Gs in "D G" on the obverse, and the inner lines do not meet to form circles. The rest of the coin however, does not appear to be double struck.

Silver half crown of Charles I, Initial Mark: P within circle dated 1643/1644. The Equestrian portrait is similar to the Fourth Horseman - however - it differs subtley in that the tail does not curve beneath the legs and that the horse is stretch to fill the coin.

A post medieval silver half penny of Charles 1st. A rose is depicted on both the obverse and reverse. No legend. Two small holes have been punctured very probably for the coin to be used as a necklace.
As a general rule, pierced coins post dating AD 1180 are not considered to be classified as potential Treasure under the Treasure Act 1996, as they remained in circulation post piercing.
