Probably Mint of Rome. See RIC IV, pt.1, p.50, no.271. The coin is unclear, but the obverse style does appear to be of Rome. Obverse shows draped bust right. Obverse legend reads (IVLIA MAESA AVG). Condition is fine, die axis is 6 o'clock, weight is 2.18g, diameter is 18.58mm.
