A very worn, slightly bent 17th-century silver post-medieval penny of Charles I (1625-1649 AD), probably Group D or E, uncertain mint (1632-1645 AD; North 2268/2272).
It has also has been pierced from the reverse side at about 10/11 o'clock equating to 11 o'clock on obverse, possibly for suspension as a jewellery item.
