TREASURE CASE : 2012 T167. A complete gold posy ring of post-medieval date. The hoop of the ring has been distorted due to its deposition but will have been circular with a narrow D-shaped section. The exterior surface of the hoop is undecorated and the interior is inscribed with the phrase "Patience is a vertue" in italic script. Dimensions: Weight: 1.17 grams. 22.5mm x 2.6mm x 0.7mm.
