Triangular shaped piece of translucent light brown coloured flint. The left margin distal edge has some cortex remaining on the surface. A single prominent medial ridge runs from the proximal edge point to the distal edge. The dorsal face slopes down to the right from the medial ridge at a shallow angle compared to the left side. The distal edge appears to have been snapped or broken, with the edge remaining clean and edges sharp to the touch. The right margin is uneven and does not appear to have been subject to retouch along its edge. While the proximal edge terminates into a shallo…

Elongated piece of light grey coloured flint, The upper part of the right margin appears to have been subject to light retouch, leading up to the distal edge which terminates as a sharp point. The proximal edge is uneven and rugged in appearance with the left margin appearing flat in places although the area around the medial is flat, possible strike point from a core ? This piece doesn't have an obvious dorsal and ventral face, appearing triangular in profile, definite retouch has occurred on one edge, possible use as a piercer, manufactured from a waste flake. Probable piercer.

Oval piece of flint which has been subject to intense heat, the dorsal face retains approximately 30% cortex covering which is reddish in colour, probably as a result of heat exposure. The flint itself is two tone grey in colour and exhibits faults and fractures throughout its surface. The cortex is smooth to the touch and typical of material associated with beach pebbles. The edges are ragged and uneven, no obvious indication of retouch along any edge although this could be hidden due to the damage caused by the exposure to intense heat. The ventral face is smooth in appearance a…

Rectangular shaped piece of mid grey coloured flint. The proximal edge appears abraded and uneven, the distal edge is also uneven but this could be due to a fault within the material on the left side of the edge. The left and right margins are blade like in appearance and could have been utilised as such. The dorsal face is typical in appearance of a piece of material having been removed from a core side. Exhibiting several negative scars on the face. The ventral face is relatively smooth in appearance and texture, a bulb of percussion is still present at the proximal end with some co…

Mid grey coloured piece of flint with off white speckling within the surface. The dorsal face is uneven in appearance and consistent with a removed core face (core rejuvenation flake), several negative scars and termination fractures would support this observation. The right margin appears blade like from just below the medial until the join with the distal edge. The distal edge looks to be broken, edges still relatively sharp but uneven. The left margin is uneven in appearance, does have sharp edges on the indents but would not provide a level cutting platform. The proximal edge …

Triangular shaped piece of off cream coloured flint. Shaped like an arrowhead, this piece exhibits several negative scars on the dorsal face, one in the medial at the proximal edge, described by the finder as a possible hafting point. The left margin appears to have been subject to retouch along its lower edge, which appears thick and more consistent with a scraper edge. The distal edge terminates as a point, while the right side of the distal point the margin is thin and more blade like in appearance, this becomes thicker as the right margin reaches the media. The proximal edge i…
