An edge trimmed flake, grey in colour with cream mottling, which has been bi-facially retouched and expediently made. The proximal end of the dorsal face exhibits discontinuous retouch with a low angle and is of edge extent. The same retouch is evident on the ventral face resulting in improved serration function. Numerous grooves are present on the ventral face at the distal and right margin intersect.

Extensive cortex cover of the left margin of the dorsal face allows for comfortable handling. Mercer (1981) illustrates a similar example on p131, Fig 57, L113 which dates to the Neolithic.

The right margin of the ventral face exhibits discontinuous retouch with a low angle and is of edge extent forming a serrated edge. There is extensive spalling to the right area of the dorsal face. Mercer (1981) illustrates a similar example on p143, Fig 63, L206 which dates to the Neolithic.
