A complete but broken cast copper alloy finger ring of post-medieval to modern date. The finger ring has a flat circular bezel which appears undecorated and is flanked by sub-oval shoulders. From the shoulders the D-shaped sectioned hoop extends though is broken halfway around its circumference. The metal has a light blackish-green patina and is worn. The finger ring is 27.8mm long, 13.1mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 4.1g.

Probably from a carriage or coach horse harness, with a horn shaped finial to the guide and a hand cut threaded shank to screw into attachment point. Dates to between c1700 and c1900 AD. The length is 74mm, width 50mm, and the thickness (at the collar) is 18mm.

An incomplete cast copper mount of post-medieval date. The mount is in the form of an acorn with a narrow, pointed oval section. The front face is decorated with a raised horizontal line dividing the fruit from the cupola and there is a small knop at the fruit end. From the reverse two integrally cast attachment spike project though one is incomplete. The complete spike is bent over towards the centre of the mount. The metal has a mid reddish-brown patina and is worn. The mount is 20.3mm long, 9.6mm wide, 7.5mm thick and weighs 1.9g. Numerous similar examples have been recorded …

A Post-Medieval silver thimble. This thimble has a closed top and is now squashed and cracked. The head is undecorated. The upper portion is decorated with machine-made hexagonal indentations. The lower part bears a band filled with two borders of a double dotted line. Inside, there is an undulating ribbon, on a sligthly squared motif background.

An almost complete post-Medieval copper-alloy whistle (c. 1500 -c 1800 AD). The main body of the whistle is made of sheet copper alloy. It has been folded to form a tubular truncated cone-shape and has an intact longitudinal soldered seam. The tube expands in diameter, from the open mouth-piece, where its minimum diameter is 9.57mm, to the opposite closed end, where its maximum diameter is 15.25mm. Cast lead figurine of uncertain function. The object is in the form of a bird, possibly a dove, whose wings are closed together above its back. The tail is long and sub-rectangular in plan and the head rounded with a small moulded mouth. Feathers are represented by worn linear grooves. At the base of the object is a transverse slot which contains some iron corrosion. The object has a light brown patina. The object probably dates from the Post-Medieval period.
