A copper alloy early Medieval coin; a styca of Eanred, Aethelred, Redwulf or Osbert. The obverse is mainly illegible, but the reverse can be read. It was struck by the moneyer Monne and dates from 830 - 867 AD. The obverse central motif is a pellet in a circle, and is a cross on the reverse.
