Coroner Treasure Report: 2012T500 Seven Medieval coins from Rock, Worcestershire Seven Medieval silver pennies of Henry II, John and Henry III were discovered in close proximity to each other at Rock, Worcestershire on 14th March 2012. The pennies, from their appearance, are more than 10% silver, and were issued between 1180 and 1222. The coins close proximity when discovered, the date of the coins and the wear pattern of the coins indicate they were, in my opinion deposited together. An incomplete cast copper-alloy bracelet of late Roman date. It is flat, rectangular in form and section, tapering at one end to a possibly rounded terminal and to the other end in old breaks. The surviving section of the band is curved in profile and has a worn green patina. The front face has moulded decoration comprising possible simple notches to the sides of the band at the terminal end, which terminate in a double transverse groove.
