A Post Medieval copper alloy double loop buckle frame, c.1550-1660 AD. The frame has serrated outside edges and four circular holes. The pin is not present and there is no decoration on either surface. The buckle is 41.9mm long, 24.5mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 4.7 grams. A similar example can be seen in Whitehead page 69 ref: 435.
