A complete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. The object is a double looped annular buckle with two oblique projections extending from one loop, each decorated with three incised transverse grooves. The strap bar is narrowed and has been bent into a semi-circle. The metal has a light brownish-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 39.9mm long, 29.1mm wide, 3.3mm thick and weighs 7.3g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead, p.46, no.268 and is dated to circa AD 1400 - 1500.

A complete cast copper alloy seal matrix of medieval date. The seal matrix is circular in plan with a hexagonal sectioned waisted handle terminating in a triple collar with trefoliar perforated suspension loop. The die bears the design of St Peter in a short gown and circular cap. Two palm fronds of martyrdom rise from the ground, one to either side of the saint. On St Peter's left, between the saint and the frond, are two back to back vertically aligned keys with the bits to the top. A cast copper alloy pilgrim's badge or brooch of later medieval date. The brooch appears to depict a seated or knelt robed figure carrying a lamb, or possibly a child in one arm. This figure is possibly on a boat but the badge is too worn to see. There is a small rounded projection at the back but it is not pierced. The badge is 24.4mm long, 20.8mm wide and 2.2mm thick. There is a possibility that this badge depicts the Virgin and child, the head of the child may be broken off and missing. An incomplete cast copper-alloy cruciform brooch of early Anglo-Saxon date. All that remains is the headplate, with a half-round integral knob at the top. The knob has a deep base, a wide waist and a small dome with a possibly incomplete extra projection above the dome. The headplate is undecorated but in poor condition, so there may have been some form of decoration which is now lost. On the reverse is a pierced pin lug with the remains of the iron pin bar and one coil of the spring visible as corrosion. The brooch fragment is 31.8mm long, 25.9mm wide and 2.3mm thick.

A complete cast copper alloy book clasp of post-medieval date. The clasp consists of a rectangular plate with a fluted attachment end with a single centrally place rivet. The opposite end has a thin curved clasp which is recessed from the width of the rectangular plate and would have hooked on to a bar attached to a clasp on the reverse of the book. An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of post-medieval date. All that remains of the buckle is a semi-circular fragment of the frame with a D-shaped section and moulded knop pin rest. Both ends of the frame terminate in worn breaks. The metal has a light blackish-brown colour and is worn. The buckle is 26.2mm long, 4.3mm wide, 2.1mm thick and weighs 1.4g.

A complete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. The buckle is a single looped oval shape with an ornate outer edge and a narrowed and offset strap bar. The outer edge is divided into four lobed knops by four sets of transverse ridges the outer ridges are single while the inner ridges are triple. The space between the inner ridges acts as a rest for the pin. The metal has a light brownish-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 29.1mm long, 19.3mm wide, 3.9mm thick and weighs 4.8g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead, p.22, no.97 and is dated to circa 1250 - 1400.

The belt mount is sub-triangular with a double collar to the pointed end and a double stepped rectangular knop projecting centrally from the straight edge. The reverse is flat with two attachment spikes projecting and bent inward aligned centrally on the longitudinal axis. The metal has a mid reddish-green patina and is worn. The mount is 24.5mm long, 13.1mm wide, 6.7mm thick and weighs 2.5g. Similar mounts have been recorded on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database as YORYM-F3D495, DEV-520817 and CORN-B71BC4.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Hod Hill brooch of Roman date. The head of the brooch is tubular and is formed by rolling over a rectangular plate creating the hinge for the pin. The pin no longer remains. From the head the metal tapers into the bow before expanding into short shoulders. The bow is rectangular in plan though the sides are extremely worn and the upper surface is decorated with a raised central spine with moulded knot design. The outer edges of the buckle are trefoil in plan and there are lobed protrusions to either end of the strap bar. The metal has a dark reddish-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 34.8mm long, 19.7mm wide, 1.9mm thick and weighs 2.6g. A similar example is illustrated in Whitehead, p.84, no.523 and is dated to circa 1620 - 1680.
