Medium brown flint, dark brown at the distal end, with white mottling. Just over 4 centimeters long, 1.2 centimeters at its widest. Some cortex left on the distal end and a few negatives of previously knapped-off bits on the dorsal face (including one negative of a bulb and compression rings from a previous flake near the striking platform). A few small retouches on the sharp sides. Plump bulb with close and clearly visible compression rings. Eraillure on the bulb, flake triangular in section.

A cast lead object, of uncertain date and unknown function. The hollow artefact has a sub-spherical to sub-cuboid shape with six sub-circular to irregular shaped perforations through to the hollow centre. The object measures 16.8mm in diameter and weighs 8.7g. The roughly made perforations have an average diameter of 6.6mm. It is in good condition.

Fragment of a plain gold rod. The gold rod is generally rectangular in section and is slightly bent and twisted. One end has a plain, smooth terminal; the other end has been bifacially cut. The surface is pitted; there is no decoration. The rod measures 18.42mm long, 3.48mm wide and 2.06mm thick and weighs 1.61g. Due to its undiagnostic nature it does not represent Treasure under the terms of the Treasure Act (1996).

An incomplete Medieval- Post Medieval cast lead pencil, circa 1350-1750 AD. Along its length the lead rod has a circular cross-section. One end is pointed and the other end is square. It measures 45.0mm in length, has a diameter of 4.4mm, and weighs 6.5g. Slightly bent, but otherwise in good condition. Difficult to date accurately, but popularly recorded on the PAS database as from within the above timescale.

An incomplete Medieval-- Post Medieval cast lead pencil, circa 1350-1750 AD. It is a short length of circular cross-sectioned lead rod, pointed at one end and squarely moulded at the other. These are difficult to date precisely, but are popularly recorded on the PAS database as from between the above dates. The object measures 30.1mm in length, has a diameter of 5.8mm, and weighs 7.8g. It is is in good condition.

An incomplete ,cast lead alloy token of uncertain date. A roughly circular lead alloy disc, which has a crudely cast "M "or an "E" like design on one surface. The reverse side is blank , and the token has begun to degrade around its circumference. It measures 22.3mm in diameter,has a thickness of 5.7mm, and weighs 7.5g. it is suggested that the token could be of Roman date however tokens of this type are hard to date with certainty, so broader dates have been given in the record.

A lead alloy cast Spindle Whorl, roughly cylindrical in shape, the top surface is decorated with raised lines. The spaces between the lines are deeply recessed with the remains of reddish soil at the bottom of the recesses. The upper surface is slightly concaved. The underside has a line roughly central across the diameter which may be the result of being struck while in the ground. The patina is a pale green/grey colour. Hole diameter 9.33mm.

An incomplete cast copper alloy furniture fitting of uncertain date - posssibly from the Roman period. This fitting consists of a hollow copper alloy mount with large central projecting boss / knob. The sides of the boss have an iron filled transverse hole / piercing (diameter: 4.5mm) which may once have held a small handle / swivel. The underside of the mount is concave and filled with the corroded remains of an iron shank. The artefact is heavily abraded around its rim and has a well developed green patina. A similar mount can be seen from Wacton, Norfolk (NMS-7B47A7) which is dated…

Cast copper alloy unidentified object, very possibly a Roman patera or pan handle, but generally undatable. The object seems almost complete with a rip or break towards the left, opposite the fish-tailed terminal. The underside or reverse is plain and rough to the touch while the obverse is smooth and decorated with a crescent-shaped punch mark. There are also two perforation (possibly rivet holes) of unknown function.

A complete medieval or post-medieval cast lead weight. It is small and sub-conical, with tapering sides and a domed convex top. In the centre of the top is an iron suspension loop, now bent flat against the upper surface.The weight measures 11.1mm in height, has a base diameter of 15.8mm, and it weighs 14.1g. It is creamy white in colour, and is in fair condition. There are several similar but much larger weights on the PAS database. SF-B07B17, SF-EA46A8, SUR-8D1681 and CORN-768F78. They have been dated to various periods from Roman to post-medieval.

A cast, lead, probable stylus of undetermined date but most likely Medieval to post-Medieval from the context of its discovery. The object is a thin cylinder of lead, circular in section, measuring 6.8mm in diameter at it's widest point. One end is cut off squarely, the object then tapering slightly to a point at the opposite end. There is some recent damage, probably due to farm machinery.

A broken cast copper alloy unknown object. The object is a hollow ovoid narrowing at either end to open terminals, circular in cross section. The objects has 7 round holes with 3 at the top and middle and one complete hole towards the bottom where the object has broken in line with the remaining 2 holes. There are 4 circle lines that run around the object and the top has a protruding lip. The break is old but the object is still in good condition. The object weight is 74.8g the diameter width is 95mm and length is 54mm, Thickness is 6mm.
