Pottery base sherd. Fine biscuit coloured fabric with thick clear internal glaze; the vessel narrowed towards a flat base with a pronounced foot ring. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1700. This sherd was kindly examined by Wallace Collyer of the North Lincolnshire Pottery Research Group.

Pipeclay tobacco pipe fragment. Stem fragment from a moulded tobacco pipe with a wire drawn bore of 2mm, and possibly with a decorated mould line; the finder suggests a date of circa 1790. Suggested date: Possibly Post-Medieval circa 1790.
