An incomplete and damaged, Roman, cast, copper alloy, once enamelled, uncommon flat disc brooch with broken chain loop and balancing lug. The brooch is divided into two circular once enamelled registers separated by a bronze plain divider. A complete, probably Roman, cast, copper alloy, simply decorated finger ring. Very small size, probably a child or small ladies finger ring. Semi-circular cross-section hoop with expanded shoulders, narrowing to a transverse ridge, narrowed again, then up to a small oval shaped bezel that once held a small single central stone probably glass. There could be feint zig-zag inscribed lines on both shoulders.
