A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead weight, circa AD1400 - AD1800. A conical roughly cast multi-facetted weight with a lozenge shaped central/vertical perforation. The lozenge shaped perforation measures 4.0mm x 3.7mm at the flat base and tapers to 2.2mm x 2.3mm at the cone's apex. The object measures 22.0mm in height, has a base diameter of 14.6mm, weighs 18.5g (c.0.65oz), and is in good condition. For a similar example see database, NCL-947053.

A complete Post-Medieval cast copper alloy Crotal Bell, circa AD1550 - AD1800. A spherical bell with a worn through suspension loop. It has two sound holes in the upper hemisphere opposite each other. Two more sound holes in the lower hemisphere are connected by a slit. Both of these holes have a crack radiating from them. The bells surface is very worn. It measures 39.4mm in height, is 31.0mm in diameter and weighs 32.5g.

A complete Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy Crotal Bell, circa AD1550 - AD1800. A spherical bell with a rectangular external shaped suspension loop. There are two opposing sound holes in its upper hemisphere, and two more in the lower hemisphere connected by a split. The bell is worn and has some corrosion on its surface, there is no decoration discernable because of this. It measures 39.7mm in height, has a diameter of 30.7mm and weighs 28.8g.

The cobble is circular in plan and ovate in profile and section, with flakes having been removed over one side of the upper surface and a flattened base, suggesting hammerstone and pestle use. Such pieces do turn up on domestic sites but not in any quantity compared to mullers and rubbers. An incomplete Modern cast copper-alloy military button of the Hampshire Fencible Cavalry (c. 1794-1801). This silver plated button is circular in plan, convex at the front and concave at the rear.
