Post Medieval cast copper alloy rowel spur fragment. The rowel box, neck and part of each side remain, the rest of the sides and both terminals are missing to old breaks. The two arms of the rowel box are D-shaped in section, flat on the inner side. Although the ends are rounded there is no sign of piercing for the cross bar on which the rowel rotated suggesting they are incomplete. An incomplete cast copper alloy Medieval lamp hangar. The hanger has three arms (to suspend chains for the lamp) projecting from a central upright suspension arm with loop at the top. Two of the lower chain arms are incomplete. From beneath the central element is another small loop, the purpose and function of which is uncertain. A similar example from medieval London is recorded in Egan (1998:131) number 357 and is dated to the fourteenth century AD.

A copper alloy cast rectangular belt mount, of D shaped section with a rivet hole of 1mm diameter towards each end. The rivet holes are wider, as if countersunk, c.2mm, on the reverse face. It was probably used as a belt stiffener. The convex surface is apparently smoothed by wear. The mount tapers from 3.80mm to 4.28mm wide, it is 13.82mm long x I.91mm thick and weighs 1.2g. A similar one can been seen at NLM-EC91BO. Suggested date: Medieval, 1350-1500.

An incomplete copper-alloy dolphin brooch dating to the Roman period. The wings are semi-cylindrical and contains the remains of a copper-alloy spring. The exterior of the wings is decorated of two bands of rope-like moulding. The bow is D-shaped in cross-section and incomplete, decorated with a rope-like band on either side.
