A fragment of a stoneware vessel, probably a jug, with moulded decoration. The decoration comprises part of the circular seal applied to a type of stoneware vessel known as a Bartmann or Bellarmine jug. They date from the post-medieval period (1600-1750). The outer surface is dark brown which has been salt-glazed, producing the mottled effect. The interior is a dark, creamy-yellow in colour, with a dull glaze. The fabric is hard-fired and light grey in colour.

A rim fragment of a salt-glazed, stoneware vessel, probably a jug. The outer surface is dark brown which has been salt-glazed, producing the mottled effect. The interior is a pale brown in colour, with a dull glaze. The fabric is hard-fired and light grey in colour. It may be part of the neck and rim of a vessel known as a Bartmann or Bellarmine jug. They date from the post-medieval period (1600-1750).

An incomplete cast copper alloy leg or foot from a copper alloy vessel probably a skillet or posnet of later medieval date (1300 - 1600). The foot is broadly sub-rectangular in plan tapering in width from the top to the base. In cross section the foot is a triangular shape. The upper edge of the foot is broken with an uneven surface. The base of the foot is irregular with a relatively flat section. The front face has a large vertical D shaped rib extending from the broken top to the base. A cast copper-alloy leg/foot from a cooking vessel of later medieval to post-medieval date. The foot is sub-rectangular in shape. In profile the fragment curves, the reverse is slightly concave. A prominent median rib, triangular in cross-section, runs down the length of the leg, the leg thickens towards the tip. The plain object is corroded with a dusty mid-green colour with patches of corrosion product and possible dark coating. Length 54.45mm, width 41.8mm, thickness 20.75mm, weight: 168.5g

A cast copper-alloy leg from a cauldron or posnet vessel, c. 1400-1700. Only the leg remains. This is sub-rectangular in plan and trapezoidal in section, with four prominent moulded ridges running the length of the exterior face. The base of the leg, where it attached to the body of the vessel is roughly broken but very abraded.

An incomplete jug handle from a Medieval Coarse Ware (MCW) vessel. A short length of the handle survives, fired from a gritty orange/brown fabric, oval shaped in section and decorated on either side of the exterior surface with opposing diagonal grooves or notches. It measures 42.09mm in length, 46.16mm in width, 14.53mm in thickness and 27.07g in weight. This sherd dates to the Medieval period, c.12th-14th centuries AD.

It has an expanded rim that is lozenge shaped in section, the exterior surface covered with extensive sooting indicative of exposure to high temperatures and probably as a result of use in cooking. It measures 51.24mm in width, 39.42mm in length, 9.15mm in thickness (at rim, 4.82mm at body), and 46.60g in weight. This is a fragment from the rim of a Medieval cooking vessel, c.14th-15th centuries AD.

An incomplete fragment from the leg of a cast copper-alloy cooking vessel. It is rectangular in form, triangular in section with a prominent vertical mid-rib on the front face. The fragment terminates in old breaks at top and bottom, and on all exterior surfaces there are traces of thick sooting indicative of exposure to high temperatures and probably resultant of use as a cooking vessel. It measures 17.97mm in length, 28.67mm in width, 12.73mm in thickness and 15.26g in weight. This is a fragment from the leg of a Medieval cooking vessel, c.14th-15th centuries AD in date.

It is V-shaped in form from the centre of the outer edge of the handle, lozenge shaped in section with faceted outer edges, the surviving fragment terminating in old breaks at both ends. Post medieval foot and fragment of a leg from a cast copper alloy cooking vessel. It is D-shaped in section with a concave back and curving front. The front is formed of four convex ribs which run down the length of the foot and leg. The leg terminates in a flared, hoof-like foot, separated from the leg by a raised collar decorated with five knops. The top of the leg is broken off just above the collar with an old break.
