The obverse legend is illegible although it is possible to discern a female bust facing right, with the upswept hair characteristic of depictions of Faustina Senior. Obverse legend probably reads: DIVA AUGUSTA FAUSTINA. Although the reverse legend is illegible, the reverse type is probably AETURNITAS, depicting Juno (?) standing left, raising right hand and holding sceptre. Reece Period 7. Cf. RIC III, p71, No. 365.
