Copper alloy Roman Polden Hill brooch of flat wing ends type. Straight curved bow with sprung mechanism and short wings to top. Foot and pin missing. Similar to Hattatt '380' from Petersfield, Hampshire.. Mouldings along whole length of bow, hook for chord and very deep appendage meeting top of catch-plate. Wings plain except for end ribs, bow decorated with rib and fifteen short raised ribs placed laterally at alternate angles. The foot-knob is relatively ornate with a groove and ribs, as well as small projection underneath.

Part perforated stone object. Approximately one half of ovoid pebble mace head with one half of central hole remaining. Central hole appears slightly larger on one side than the other. Possibly Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age in date.
