A flint waste flake which may be of Neolithic or early Bronze Age date. Both the proximal and distal ends have broken off and there is some additional edge damage. There are ripples on the ventral surface. On the dorsal surface there are five main flaking scars and a piece of nodule cortex. Some of the flaking scars appear to reflect the removal of bladelets. A flint thumbnail scraper which probably dates from the early Bronze Age. The scraper has been made from a small regular flake, from which the bulb of percussion has been removed. There are fint ripples on the ventral surface and a number of flaking scars on the dorsal surface. The edges of the dorsal surface has been retouched all around the distal end and partially along both sides, probably by pressure flaking.
