A struck/ hammered silver denarius of Augustus, minted in Lugdunum (Lyon) between 11-10 BC (diameter: 16.9mm; thickness: 1.6mm; weight: 3.06g). The coin is slightly worn but in a fair condition with much of the detail surviving.

The obverse depicts a likeness of the bare head of Antoninus Pius facing right. The obverse inscription reads: DIVVS ANTONINVS. The reverse depicts an eagle standing right with head to the left on an altar with garlands on it. The inscription reads: CONSECRATIO.
