medieval copper alloy buckle plate, 25mm long, 15mm wide and 1.5mm thick. The buckle weighs 3.18grams and has a reddish patina. The object is encrusted with a brownish green corrosion product and is slightly bent. It is rectangular in shape and has a circular fixing hole in the two corners of its short edge. The surface is decorated with at least two sets of incised parallel lines, 2mm apart, which are arranged at 90o angles to each other and 45o from the edge. Early post medieval copper alloy rectangular buckle, 41mm long, 22mm wide and 2mm wide. The buckle weighs 5.31 grams and has a dark brown patina. The buckle is symmetrical and has an integral pin bar, with slight rounded protrusions at its terminal. Each end of the buckle has prominant triangular protrusions, 7mm deep. There is no surface decoration and it has a slight bevelling on its upper surface. It matches 512 in Whitehead's Buckles and dates to 1570-1700.

Medieval copper-alloy terminal from a knife handle, 17mm long, 12mm wide, 8mm thick and with a weight of 6.77grams. It has a brown patina with dark green corrosion product in places. The object is ovoid in cross-section, and represents a horse's hoof complete with shoe. The underside is decorated with two rows of three circular depressions, seperated by an incised line, indicating the shoe. The suspension loop has a rounded upper surface with a central hole, 4mm in diameter. It tapers in thickness, becoming narrow at the top, from 8mm to 4mm. Attached to the loop is a roughly rectangular piece of metal, 18x16mmm and 3mm thick. The loop is probably from a bell and may be medieval.

The object represents the working part of a prick spur and is made up of a pyramidal shaped prick 22mm long and 18mm wide. Below this the object tapers sharply for 6mm and becomes a sub rectangular shaft 10mm wide and 8mm thick. The shaft is 12mm long and terminates with two flanges which are 5mm long and emerge from each side, forming a semicircular recess. Roman? copper alloy Bracelet? 95mm long, 11mm wide and 1mm thick. The object weighs 7 grams and has a bright green patina with traces of gilding. The object is heavily corroded, has chipped edges and has been bent. In places original surface survives which shows a series of scratches, probably signs of wear. The object may have had several uses, including decorative binding, but as it has gilding present on both sides a bracelet seems most probable.

Possible Iron age copper alloy strap fitting, 74mm long, 47mm wide and 3.5mm thick. The object is incomplete and has a brown patina. It consists of two pieces of curved metal, which when complete probably formed circles. The metal has D shaped section and is 8mm wide and 3.5mm thick. Where these two pieces join together there is a 'coffee bean' shaped motif, a domed oval with a straight line cut along the centre of its length, 10mm long.
