A second century Roman Sestertius of Antoninus Pius c. AD 138 - 161. The obverse shows laureated and draped bust to right. The reverse shows Annona standing right, between modius and prow, holding corn-ears and out-turned cornucopiae.

RIC III, p. 142, no. 934. This is a Coin of British Association as listed by D. Walker in his study of the Sacred Spring at Bath, cf. Walker, 1988: pp. 294, 297-8, nos. 73-122, 136-288, pls. XXXV-VI.
