Probably a Diva Faustina I sestertius struck in Rome. Faustina I, the wife of Antoninus Pius (138-161 AD), died in 140 AD and was deified in 141 AD dating this coin to 141 AD or later. The coin is worn and corroded and it has an uncertain reverse.
