A copper alloy casket key c.1150-1200 (Medieval). A small key with circular bow, hollow shank end and simple bit. The bit has two symmetrical rounded clefts. The end of the bit is offset to the shank. Dark green patina. It is very similar to no. 294 (Egan Medieval Household 1998:223 fig.86). Length: 43.70mm; width: 13.51mm; thickness: 5.34mm; weight: 8.60g.

A copper alloy casket key c.1150-1200 (Medieval). A small key with circular bow, below the bow the shank has an oval section that changes to circular at the hollow shank end. The key has a simple bit. The bit has two symmetrical rounded clefts. There is some damage to the circular bow and a small notch missing from the end of the hollow shank. Dark green patina. It is very similar to no. 294 (Egan Medieval Household 1998:223 fig.86). Length: 37.23mm; width: 13.26mm; thickness: 4.44mm; weight: 6.49g.

A copper alloy casket key (Medieval late 12th - late 14th century). A small key with circular bow (broken across the bow, with half missing), just below the bow there is a collar on the shank. The shank is flattened and solid. The key has a simple bit with symmetrical rounded clefts. Pale green, rough patina. Length: 35.96; width: 10.54mm; thickness: 2.88mm; weight: 3.97g.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman bracelet/armlet. The armlet has a semi-circular cross section, with a flat internal surface. The armlet is decorated with 5 moulded circular sections. Both ends of the armlet are broken. Dark green patina. It is similar to bead imitative armlets found in the Butt Road site, Colchester, which are dated to c.320-450AD (Crummy 1995:44). Dimensions: length: 33.36mm; width: 7.45mm; thickness: 6.05mm; weight: 8.02g.
