A complete cast copper-alloy Late Iron Age or Early Roman toggle. The object takes the form of a cylindrical body, capped at either end by circular roves. The main body of the toggle is decorated with a central groove that runs around the central circumference of the body. This in effect ‘pinches’ the toggle in, making it a figure of 8 in plan.
