Incomplete copper alloy finger ring. This object represents approximately half of the original ring. The integral bezel is oval in plan and flat in section. It is 9.9mm long, 7.58mm wide and 1.64mm thick. To either side of the bezel is an integrally moulded raised line, with a groove to either side. Beyond these, the hoop of the ring extends and tapers. The hoop is semicircular in section and flattened. It is 3.82mm at the widest point, tapering to 2mm at the break edges. It is 1.2mm thick. An incomplete cast copper-alloy late early medieval stirrup strap mount. Part of the upper half of this mount is now missing due to old breaks. This strap mount is roughly lozenge shaped measuring 32mm in surviving length and 28.4mm in width, at its widest central point. Its apex loop is now missing due to old breaks. It has a roughly right angle lower flange, it as Williams' Class A (Williams 1997, 2 fig 1). It can be further classified as an open work version of Williams type 12. An incomplete copper-alloy medieval seal matrix. It is worn and the suspension loop is incomplete due to old breaks. The shaft is faceted and the die circular, it measures 21.5mm in height and the die c14mm in diameter. The die has a large crowned 'W' inscribed into it. This seal matrix is likely to be a personal one and c14th-15th century in date.

Butt end of a cast copper alloy palstave axehead. Worn irregular tranverse break across body. Low flanged. Corroded with some traces of bronze disease, although the surface is unpatinated in areas. Miscasting has resulted in an additional strip of metal projecting along one side of the axehead. There is no sign of any attempt to remove this.

Cast lead alloy secular badge/ pendent dating to the medieval period. The badge is in the form of a pair of shoes, which are in late 14th century style. The shoes are hollow inside and are both cast together. At the heal of the pointed shoes there is a circular suspension loop which is slightly damaged. These type of items were often regarded as lover gifts (Spencer 1998: 327), reflecting arristocratic fashions of the period, and thought to be by produces of the badge trade.

Pewter secular heart badge dating to the medieval period. These heart shaped badges became fashionable during the 14th - 15th centuries when the heart became the primary symbol of love (Spencer 1998: 321), the heart is also associated with the Virgin. This is a simple heart, which is undecorated in the centre. It would have probably had three flowers rising from the top (Spencer 1998: 322-323, fig 321e). Cast copper alloy knife handle dating to the 17th century. The handle is in the form of a horse hoof. It is oval in section, there is fine decorative groovin both tranverse and longitudinal (Crummy 1988: 74-75). The top has tiny pits denoting nail holes on the shoe. Just after the hoof the leg has been cut off a a later date, and the blade of the knife is missing, although the part of the slot for the blade remains.
