A circular, copper alloy seal matrix with waisted hexagonal handle topped by circular suspension loop intact at top, aperture blocked. Device of untidy IHC in Lombardic script below a pitched roof, starburst at apex of roof and the cross which opens the legend rising through this on a short stem. Dot midway between roof apex and curve of H. Device separated from legend by a line; a similar line marks the outer edge of the matrix face.
Measurements: 15 mm diameter. 20 mm high.

Copper alloy seal matrix. Faceted handle with a raised collar below the suspension loop. The loop has a circular hole and slightly pointed frame. The handle flares out into a circular base. The matrix has a deeply recessed central design of a beast's (ape's?) head with protruding tongue. The inscription has some Lombardic lettering.
