Cast lead or lead alloy bag seal of probable late medieval or post medieval date (1400 - 1650 AD). The bag seal is sub-circular in plan and dished / concave in profile. It measures 15.4mm in length, 18.2mm width, is 4.7mm thick and weighs 6.98 grams.
Both faces of the bag seal are marked or decorated. The upper face is decorated with a worn design which is off-centre and so incomplete. An incomplete cast lead alloy bag seal, weight, or possibly a token of probable late medieval / post-medieval date (1400 - 1650). The artefact is incomplete due to an old longitudinal break; approximately 1/3 of the original artefact survives. Both sides of the token / seal / weight are decorated with a series of initials and other motifs. The upper side consists of the letters I and W arranged vertically. The object is a Russian seal used by officials on bales of flax. The seals tend to give their origin, the name of the official and where they originated (Sullivan, J. 2000 Lead Seals of Russian Origin in Fife Tayside and Fife Archaeological Journal Vol. 6, p.211-227). In this case the origin is at present unknown. However the date of 1781 is given. It is made from cast lead alloy which has been stamped.

Cast lead-alloy seal with the impression of a large wall and gate with a tower on either side and sailing ship in front. The inscription has broken away and the only remaining letters barely legible are 'BELLO'.

A lead alloy double-disc seal. On one disc there is a facing angel with angled flared skirt, who is holding two orbs, possibly an hour glass. There is some indication of lettering on the outside band of this disc.
The two discs are separated and there is a large central hole in the middle of the undecorated disc.
