An incomplete early-medieval cast lead strap end. The tongue shaped strap end is rendered in Winchester style. Although some damage has occurred to the decoration, the symmetrical ornament of a central stem of an acanthus plant with scroll branches is still visible. The length is 26.8mm, the width is 22.7mm and the weight is 12.57g.

Fragment of a circular lead brooch, very worn. triangular geometic pattern around the outer edge with a circular wave pattern inside the inner circle of the brooch. dimensions: 29.1mm, width 17.2mm thickness 2mm, weight 4.17g.
This brooch was allocated by Rosie Weetch to Type 32, unknown/other plate brooch, but from the drawing it seems as if it must be a Type 13, the stepped type. These date to the 11th century.

Cast lead alloy spindle whorl fragment, roughly one half survives. This appears to have been mis-cast, as the 'broken' edges are uneven, with one void, and one area where the molten metal was bent over. One side is decorated with diagonal lines and pellets, the other with a sun motif (ring with numerous points on outside edge). Length 28.26mm, width 13.62mm, thickness 11.22mm, weight 20.32g.

Biconical spindle whorl, decorated on both sides. Literate. On one side :(HEART) WIILLIAM. Other side garbled letter like shapes, couldn't make out the meaning. A handle fragment from a post-medieval pewter spoon. The end of the handle is all that survives of the spoon. The flat pointed-oval fragment has a knob on the top and depicts a male and female figure in low relief on one face. The figures are in side profile and facing each other. On the opposite face are the initials E.W. The fragment has a small triangular hole in the middle. The surviving length is 36.0mm, the width is 25.7mm and the weight is 11.91g.

Circular domed lead piece. Circular lead object with domed top and flat bottom. On the top there is a score mark on the curve of the dome. On the underside is a distinct spiders-web pattern, consisted of 18 lines starting from the outside edge finishing in the center of the circle and then a crude spiral over the top of the lines. It measure 20.22mm in diameter, 11.32mm thick and weights 29.87g.

Upper half of a German second world war dog tag. The tag is flat, crescentric and has two holes at the curved edge. There are two tabs of metal protruding from the straight edge, which originally would have attached to the opposing crescentric side. One surface of the tag is stamped with the owners details. It reads "Stamm komp J.E.B. 348". Stamped on the line below is the letter "O" indicating the soldiers bloodgroup, and the number "16", indicating his role number.
