A complete cast copper-alloy Roman nail. The nail has a large globular head and a circular sectioned shaft. The diameter of the head is 12.7mm, the length is 56.2mm and the weight is 12.04g. The nail is similar to those found in Crummy,1983, p.115, No.2995 which are almost certainly from furniture upholstery.

Incomplete cast copper-alloy late Roman buckle. The incurved or concave frame has been cast in one with an integral openwork plate. The surviving fragment of the plate has a rectangular pin hole with a circular rivet hole to either side; one of these still retains a copper-alloy rivet, but the other is incomplete. There are traces of shaped edges to the plate, and two rounded openwork perforations; the plate probably originally tapered to form a triangle. A fragment from a cast copper-alloy Anglo-Saxon jewelled disc brooch. The surviving quarter panel of the flat circular brooch is decorated with a gilded Style II animal design. The interlacing animal has horizontal ribs on the ribbon-like body. His snake-like head is on the top right of the panel though it is now quite worn. On either side of the decorated panel is an incomplete plain field with an empty circular setting near the outer edge of the brooch. A complete but worn cast lead medieval cross. The cross is D-shaped in section with a three-dimension figure of Jesus. The right horizontal arm is much smaller than the left, making the cross look quite uneven. The lower vertical arm has a circular peroration at the bottom that is visible on both sides but does not go right the way through the cross. The length is 34.1mm, the width is 25.8mm and the weight is 21.06g.

A complete cast lead-alloy medieval spindle whorl. The biconical circular spindle whorl has a large central perforation with a diameter of 4.3mm. Both faces are decorated with raised radiating lines with large pellets in between. The external diameter is 22.1mm, the thickness is 4.4mm and the weight is 41.26g.

An almost complete cast copper-alloy Roman headstud brooch. The head conceals a tubluar casting with a hinged pin mechanism. The copper-alloy pin is bent to one side and broken halfway down the shaft. The copper-alloy axis bar also forms the swivelling wire chain above the head. The rectangular neck band on the chain loop is decorated with a frontal panel of four vertical rows of opposing triangle enamel cells, some of which still remain the red enamel. The surface of the frame is quite worn and is almost completely covered with a coating of sand. The surviving external diameter is 35.4mm, the width of the frame is 6.7mm and the weight is 7.01g.

A complete but slightly squashed copper-alloy sheet medieval thimble. The domed shaped thimble has a thickened rim of three grooves with three notches in it. The straight sides have vertical rows of small uneven circular indentations. The round top has five rows of small circular indentations in concentric circles and the centre is bare. The surviving diameter is 17.4mm, the length is 15.7mm and the weight is 2.96g.
