A late Medieval - early Post Medieval copper alloy lug from a vessel, probably a chafing dish dating AD1400-1600. Pierced terminal, roughly rectangular in section then flaring out to a convex end with flat sides. There is a central circular hole pierced unevenly through the broader side of the terminal. On the rectangular base is the top of a shaft of circular section, where the object has broken. The break is worn smooth. There are file marks visible on the surface of the object.

A copper alloy coin weight on a square flan, stamped with a round hulled ship in a circular border. An 'H' can just be seen above the prow of the vessel. The reverse has a circular impression but the central motif is obscured by corrosion. This type of coin weight is considered (Withers 1995, 20)to be for a 16th-17th century nobel from Germany or the Low Countries.
