Incomplete cast copper alloy Roman dolphin-type brooch with pairs of leaf-like mouldings down each side of the bow. What remains of the pin is hinged in a wide cross-bar decorated with three sets of incised rings on each side. There is also a set of three incised lines running centrally down the length of the bow from the top of the head towards the foot, which is missing. The style of moulding is similar to the Wilsford Type of T-shaped brooch, such as Hattatt (2000) p.302, No.915, which also date from the 1st century AD. An incomplete cast copper alloy trumpet brooch (length: 48mm; width at head: 13.2mm; thickness/ depth: 23.3mm; weight: 10.59g). The typical circular head has a slight platform at the top, possibly indiacting that the brooch may have originally had a loop. The bow continues down a triple-ridged platform before continuing down to a central and worn acanthus moulding. There is another three-ridged platform below. Cast copper-alloy Anglo-Saxon button-type or small disc brooch. The brooch is circular, with a central circular garnet setting surrounded by a zone of Style I animal art, which is gilded. The outer edge of the brooch comprises a low, flattish, rim, about 1.6mm across. The upper surface of most of the rim is worn, but in a few places remains of a thin black inlay in a zig-zag pattern is visible. This is almost certainly niello. Part of a hinge and catchplate survive on the reverse, but no trace of the pin is present.

A cast copper-alloy Roman disc brooch. The centre of disc has a solid cone with a small knob on the top. Around the base of the cone is a narrow rib. The perimeter of the disc is quite corroded. There are some traces of gilding on cone and rib. The back of the brooch is flat and has single perforated lug for a hinge pin and a catchplate. The pin is missing. The diameter of the brooch is 22.25g and the weight is 5.28g.

A cast copper-alloy Roman T-shape brooch. The short plain tubular wings conceal a hinge pin mechanism, though the copper-alloy pin is incomplete. The flat bow tapers to a rounded foot knob and has a vertical crest rib. Midway down the bow is a vertical line of lozenge-shaped enamel cells, none of which retains the enamel. Around the edge of the vertical line are smaller circular enamel cells, some of which still retains red enamel. Behind the foot knob is a short catchplate with a length of 8.4mm. The length of the brooch is 34.7mm, the width is 21.7mm and the weight is 5.89g.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch. The head-plate is missing. The arched bow has a vertical medial ridge and is concave behind. Above and below the bow are mouldings of three transverse grooves which to form faceted corners. The foot begins with a flat field with two central transverse bands. The triangular terminal has a single transverse band on the bottom. Behind the foot field is a complete catchplate with a length of 15.9mm and a width is 6.2mm. The surviving length of the brooch is 45.2mm, the width ids 11.0mm and the weight is 7.54g.

of the brooch is 45.2mm, the width ids 11.0mm and the weight is 7.54g. Fragment of a cast copper-alloy Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch. A proportion of the rectangular head-plate and the arched bow is all that survives of the brooch. The plain arched bow is convex in front and concave behind. Behind the incomplete head-plate is a lump of iron corrosion, which suggests the brooch once had an iron pin. The surviving length of the brooch is 27.3mm, the width is 16.1mm and the weight is 4.86g.

A fragment of a cast copper-alloy Roman headstud brooch. Behind the rectangular winged head is a copper-alloy spring mechanism of eight turns with an internal chord. The crest of the head has a rearward claw over the chord. The copper-alloy pin is incomplete. The sides of the wings are decorated with three triangular enamel cells, though only one of the cells still retains traces of red enamel. Incomplete gilt copper alloy Great Square-headed brooch. Only the lower half below the bow survives. The brooch has a lozenge shaped panel with a circular lappet to either side. These two lappets show evidence of silvering on the surface. The foot is semi-circular and is broken. There are two sets of four linear grooves running down the lozenge shaped panel and curling up into the semi-circular foot. In between the grooves are two triangles pointing towards the lappets. There is a broken catchplate on the reverse.

A medieval, silver, annular brooch. The ring of the brooch is decorated at four equidistant points with punched and grooved ornament. Two are arranged as a pair of smaller tapering bands and two as three tapering bands. There is a flattened area with groove that acts as a pin rest. The ring is broken adjacent to the constriction that supports the loop of the pin. The circular collar of the pin is decorated with a circumscribing groove and ridges.

Roman copper alloy bow brooch of Colchester Type one-piece and dating to the 1st century AD. The brooch has broken at the spring, the catch-plate is lost and the lower bow has bent. A complete copper-alloy annular brooch frame and in situ attached copper-alloy pin. The circular frame measures 29.2mm in external diameter and 20.4mm in internal diameter. It has an oval shaped cross-section. There is a pin constriction which runs through the loop of the pin, there is a transverse ridge in between the loop and the shaft and the pin tapers to a point, which is now slightly bent.
This brooch is medieval and most likely to be circa 1300-1500 in date.

A complete lead late Anglo-Saxon disc brooch in good condition, with only slight damage, now worn around its edges. This brooch measures 25.2mm in diameter and has a slightly domed centre on its front face.
Its front face is decorated with a circle around the domed centre with two concentric circles in the centre of this.
