On the ventral side there is a large bulb of percussion with flaking scars around the striking platform, the edges have been heavily damaged by natural process. On one edge there is a retouched section, from the ventral, 8mm long. Very dark brown patina with grey mottling. The cortex is dark grey.

Notched Backed Blade Late Mesolithic Length 34mm, width 19mm, thickness 6mm. Bulb of percussion at the top on the ventral few slight ripples emanating outwards. Two arrises on the dorsal, retouch blade running down both sides, the right side blade has a circular notch (5mm wide) half way down. The patina on the top half is dark grey, whilst the bottom half is off white with the slight remains of the cortex.
