An assemblage of 107 good quality patinated and unpatinated lithic implements but poor quality knapping with thick and irregular flakes, occasional obture striking platforms, incipient cones of percussion and flakes on non-bulbar face struck at alternate angles. 32.8% of the unpatinated flakes have hinge fractures and 11.7% of the patinated flakes have hinge fractures. This lends support to the presence of a small probably early Bronze Age element (patinated) with the majority of the assemblage being of later Bronze Age or Iron Age date. Complete grey/brown flint thumbnail scraper formed on a flake. Probable Bronze Age date (2500 BC - 700 BC). Length 26mm, width 30mm and 13mm thick. Weight 8.43g. The ventral surface is occupied by a large bulb of percussion and associated ripples. At the lower right side there is a short length of retouch which has a low angle of removal and the removals are short. Barbed and tanged arrowhead Bronze Age Length 23mm, width 20mm, depth 5mm Faking scars covering both the dorsal and ventral sides at a low angle. The tip has been snapped off, this is an old break. Part of the tang is missing, as is part of one of the tangs, these are new breaks. Very light bluish-grey patina covers the flint including the broken tip, where the tang and barb are broken, the patina has been removed exposing mid greyish-brown flint.
