A complete copper-alloy 16th century thimble, now slightly bent. Measuring 15mm in height with a rim diameter of c16mm. It has a groove above its rim, straight sides and arounded top. The sides are decorated with small oval shaped indentations arranged in a spiral, as is the top, the centre of the top remains bare.

Cast copper alloy button dating to the 18th century. The button is from the Westminster fire office from the uniform of the insurance office. The front has a portcullis (arms of westminster) and feathers (prince of wales). This is one of hte larer buttons and would have been worn on the jacket (Bain & Wright: 4-5). Around the edge of the button reads 'WESTMINSTER FIRE OFFICE'

A copper-alloy post medieval c16th-17th century button, cast in one with a circular head and pierced lobe. The head measures 14mm in diameter and its upper face is decorated with diagonal rows of small circular knops. The integral pierced lobe is 9mm in length and 5.4mm in width.

Incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy rowel spur (c. 1650-1800). The spur is missing one arm terminal and also its rowel. The complete arm is D-shaped in cross-section and terminates with a figure of eight loop, with a seperate copper alloy mount attached to the lower loop. This mount has a circular flat body with a wraped-over loop attaching it to the spur terminal. The other loop of the mount is missing. Cast copper alloy part of a scoop (possibly powered scoop for medician). The shaft of the scoop is circular in section and hollow which would have attached this copper alloy end to a wooden handle. A circular copper-alloy trade weight of saucer form, 25mm in diameter, with a greatest thickness of 4mm, the marginal rim being 2.5mm broad. The weight is 13.22g, that is 0.466oz, showing that it is intended for a half-ounce weight. The upper surface bears three struck assays or authorization marks. The sign of the ewer is shown at 6 o'clock: one shaped coarsely like a letter L (perhaps for London)is at 12 o'clock, and the third is clearly a Crown above the capital letter G. A copper-alloy early post medieval 16th century decorative belt or strap mount. This mount has one fleur de lis terminal end a open work lozenge shaped body and a rectangular projection at its other terminal end. On the back face one integral spike survives behind the fleur de lis terminal. It measures 36mm in length and 14mm in width.
