The coin surfaces are slightly worn and corroded. It measures 21.4mm diameter by 1.2mm thick and weighs 1.98g. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

17th or 18th century lead token 20mm in diameter, cast with a design in relief. A crude piercing on either side of centre line may indicate seconday use as a button.
Ref. Michael Mitchiner has published a series of late 17th century lead tokens with two (or three) initials, see British Numismatic Journal 54 (1984), plates 16-21.
