A copper alloy strap fitting dating to the medieval period. The fitting comprises a rectangular bar with two D shaped extensions. These extensions are perforated. The upper surface of the fitting is decorated with opposing triangular and circular cells which may originally have been filled with niello or enamel. The stud measures 34mm in length, 10mm in width and 8mm in thickness.

An incomplete copper alloy key dating to the fifteenth century AD. The fragment comprises part of the hollow, circular section stem. The upper surface of the stem is decorated with incised diagonal lines. The stem extends at right angles to form a rectangular key bit with two large teeth, each separated into two further teeth. The upper and lower surface of the bit is grooved. The key measures 52mm in length, 21mm in width.

A copper alloy and enamel casket or altar cross fitting dating to the twelfth or thirteenth centuries AD. The style and decoration of the fitting is characteristic of ecclesiastical metalwork produced at Limoges, France in the medieval period. The fitting is hemispherical and hollow in section. There are two circular perforations in the body of the fitting. It is in the shape of a robed saint and appears to have been originally gilded. A copper alloy scabbard chape dating to the thirteenth or fourteenth century AD. The chape comprises a copper alloy plate folded to form a cone. At the base of the chape, the plate has been cut in a cross, to help fold in the metal. There are four perforations at the attachment end. The upper surface of the chape is decorated with an engraved motif of lozenges. The chape has a length of 27mm, a width of 18mm at the attachment end and a width of 13mm at the base.
