Cast copper alloy buckle and plate of 15th Century date. The single loop oval buckle has a recessed bar to accommodate the attached plate. The pin is attached, and the buckle frame has a triangular notched lip for it to rest in. The plate is sub-rectangular with a trefoil projection at the end opposite the hinge. There are two large copper alloy rivets attached to the plate, one positioned behind the pin recess and the other is in the trefoil projection. Copper-alloy sword-belt fitting. It consists of a plate with a hook, which would have been attached to the scabbard strap, and a plate with a hinge and a loop, which would have been attached to the belt. The hooked plate, or hanger, has a trefoil top and shouldered sides and has engraved decoration of leaves springing from a central stalk. At one end is a single iron rivet, and at the other is a hook with a globular knop at the tip. Part of the headplate and bow of a cast copper alloy Anglo-Saxon small square-headed brooch. The headplate has an inner rectangular section decorated with four rectangular 'blocks', all surrounded by a beaded border. The bow is framed by a raised beaded edge and has a relief midrib separating two raised zones. A single perforated lug on the reverse of the headplate acts as a hinge, and the corroded remains of the spring survive on this.
