A fragment of a cast copper alloy penannular brooch, probably of Early Medieval date. Less than half of the brooch survives and the pin is missing. The cross section of the arm is oval and measures 5.41mm by 4.53mm. At the broken end it is slightly thinner and somewhat worn, presumably by the pin. The polyhedral terminal measures 11.5mm by 9.69mm by 6.99mm and has traces of enamelled decoration on the upper surface. A fragment of an early Anglo-Saxon gilded copper-alloy rectangular plate, decorated in Salin's Style I and cut down perhaps to form a pendant. The plate has lost its top and lower sections (viewed along its long axis), but the Style I limbs of the two chasing quadrupeds can still be made out. They run around a raised rectangular centre, which is an attempt to imitate the central garnet setting that this group typically displays. The central rectangle has a ridged border, and another ridged border runs around the outside of the Style I relief decoration.
