A retouched flint flake of suggested middle Neolithic to early Bronze Age date c. 3300-1000 BC.  The secondary flake is elongated and sub-triangular in plan and cross-section; a small section of cortex surviving at the distal edge which has a chip at the terminal with fresh breaks suggesting more recent damage. The ventral surface is slightly concave with a pronounced bulb of percussion and raised rippling suggested hard hammer working. A fragment of Roman painted wall plaster dating c. AD 43-410. The fragment comprises a small fragment of oxidised ceramic tile with a thick layer of off-white plaster with abundant quartz and calcareous inclusions with some possible crushed flint. The upper surface is smooth and flat, possibly painted with a layer of grey paint.  Length: 59.47mm and width: 49.70mm thickness: 19.65mm and weight; 57.35g.  Scattered fragments of roof, wall and floor tile were found in the same field see: SUSS-3B8874.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy hinged double lugged trumpet brooch, dating between AD 80-200.
