An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped annular buckle frame (c. 1400-c. 1500 AD). The frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. It is divided centrally by a narrowed bar creating two loops. Each loop is 'D'-shaped in plan and similar in size. There is no indication of a pin-rest. There are two oblique trapezoid projections on one outside edge. These are convex at the front and flat at the rear. The central bar is narrowed and 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear. The surviving loop is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear and the narrowed bar is triangular in cross-section, flat at the rear. The tapering copper-alloy pin is 'D'-shaped in cross-section throughout its length and flat at the rear. The pin has a length of 21.5mm and the width of its loop is 4.1mm. The frame is complete and is broadly trapezoidal in plan and each loop is pentagonal in plan on the inside. A complete Late Mesolithic to Early Neolithic flint pick. This implement is pointed oval in plan and side view. It is roughly 'D'-shaped in cross-section close to the butt and cutting edge but at the centre it is pentagonal in cross-section. One face is predominately covered with cortex and the remaining surfaces are flaked overall. It has a pointed butt and the cutting edge has four long lateral flake scars at the front.
