An irregular fragment from the bezel and shoulder of a gem set (intaglio) finger-ring; it is irregular in profile, broadly sub-rectangular in plan and D shaped in cross section. The fragment has been distorted by movement in the soil; both breaks are relatively fresh, although one (across the hoop) is more worn. The break across the bevel of the ring reveals the cross section of the gem (lost) which has a flat base and slightly curved (or dished) sides. Tinned cast copper alloy spoon dating to the Post-Medieval period. The spoon is incomplete consisting only of the bowl and part of the stem. The bowl is fig shaped in plan and D-shaped in profile. The stem is hexagonal in cross-section. The makers stamp on the base of the bowl towards the stem end is a rose. This spoon can be dated to the 16th century. Similar examples can be found on p110-111, Egan, (2005).

Cast copper alloy zoomorphic D shaped buckle frame of early medieval or medieval date (1000 -1200 AD). The frame is an irregular Oval (D shape) in plan with the apex of the frame being heavily swollen tapering to the junction with the axis bar which is off set from the plan of the frame. The buckle plate and pin are lost. At the mid point of the frame is a recessed notch which would have held the pin flat, this is opposite the centre of the axis bar. A slightly corroded, fragmentary cast lead seal matrix of medieval date (13th-14th century). The matrix would have been of pointed oval shape, prior to its deliberate destruction by an old, diagonal cut. It has a central longitudinal ridge on the reverse that terminates in a rounded rectangular lug perforated for suspension (12.55 x 4.8 mm; 8.65 high overall). It sits within a slightly rimmed edge. Late Medieval gilded silver finger-ring, 25mm in diameter and 7mm thick with a weight of 8.18g.
The ring is iconographic in form, with a cabled and beaded hoop terminating in a double-facetted bezel, the shoulders of which are engraved with foliate motifs packed with green enamel. The two sides of the bezel are engraved with the figures of two saints, both of whom are difficult to identify.
