A very worn and corroded, irregular mid 16th-century silvered copper-alloy post-medieval groat of either Henry VIII, or Edward VI, posthumous coinage in the name of Henry VIII, possibly 'London (Southwark)' mint (c. 1544 - c. 1551 AD; cf. North 1845/1872). The coin has the appearance of clipping and has an abraded circumference with some slight bending. The coin has been pierced, presumably to convert it into a jewellery item, through the inner circle at 8 o'clock on the obverse, emerging at 3 o'clock on the reverse; the hole has abraded through.

A copper-alloy rose farthing of Charles I, 1625-1649. Obverse shows single arched crown with two sceptres in saltire through it . Obverse legend reads CAROLVS D G MAG BRI. Reverse shows single rose surmounted by single arched crown. Reverse legend reads FRAN ET HIB REX. Die axis is 12 o'clock, weight is 0.91g, diameter is 13.76mm, thickness is 1.22mm. An extremely worn and damaged silver penny of Post Medieval date, possibly a 'Sovereign type' penny of Henry VIII (1509-1547 AD). The surface of the coin has been damaged severely with tears, bends and punctures; no discernible detail remains of the obverse, save the ring around the centre and a possible 'D' in the legend. The reverse depicts a very worn square-topped Tudor shield with a 'T' to the left side of the shield, above the cross line. A fragment of a post-medieval hammered silver halfgroat of Henry VIII, mint uncertain. The obverse has a forward facing bust and a legend containing double saltire stops which reads: [--- HI]BE REX (an extra 'E' seems to have been inserted between 'HIB' and REX). The reverse has a shield on a long cross fourchee, the arms of which terminate in a pellet within a circle. The legend reads: [POSVI DEVM ADIV]TORE[EM MEV]. As the class of the coin is uncertain, only a broad date of 1509-1547 may be assigned to it.
