A copper-alloy Post-medieval sheet rivet which would have been used to hold repairs to a vessel in place. The artefact is broadly rectangular in form. It have been folded in on themselves from the sides before being folded back, the folds protruding beyond the side.

A Medieval cast copper alloy zoomorphic vessel spout probably dating to the 15th century AD. The cylindrical spout was cast separately from the rest of the vessel and soldered on via the long sloping 'C' shaped arm. The spout itself is tubular and terminates in a dog's head with open mouth from which protrudes the end of the spout. The dog's head has a moulded nose, prominent, rounded brow and sub-oval ears that extend slightly above the flattened head; the eyes are not distinguished. PAS-RC07 Grid F8 A rim sherd of Samian type Roman pottery. The fabric hard and fine grained with mica inclusions. The fabric is assessed by observation of worn rather than fresh breaks. The slip / glaze is abraded and worn and a mid brown red colour. Where the sherd has been abraded the slip has been removed to reveal the buff orange brown coloured fabric beneath.
