Post Medieval copper alloy double-loop oval buckle with a complete pin. In the centre of the outer edge of each loop is a pair of protruding moulded knops with a indent and incised line between them where the pin rests. The frame is thin and C-shaped in section with a concave back. The strap bar is narrowed and slightly protrudes from the frame with a lobed knop on each end. The pin is a thinning and narrowing strip of copper alloy which loops around the strap bar at the broad end and ends in a sharp point. A cast copper-alloy buckle plate of Medieval date. It is rectangular in shape and flat in section. It is folded in half and part of the back is missing due to old breaks. It is recessed for the buckle frame and has a slot for the missing pin. There are holes for four seperately cast circular rivets which are all present. There is no decoration. It measures 30.49mm in length, 17.24mm in width, 4.71mm in thickness and weighs 6.23g. It is similar to examples published from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991, no 519).

A cast copper-alloy buckle frame of Medieval date. It is an ornate double oval frame which is oval in section. The bar is slightly narrowed for the pin which is missing. Each side of the frame consists of a circle flanked with two semi-circles which are joined by a knop at the top and bottom of the bar. The circles are decorated with radiating lines. It measures 36.49mm in length, 22.22mm in width, 3.26mm in thickness and weighs 7.95g.
