A silver Roman Denarius. Annona Aug type struck for Severus Alexander at the mint of Rome in the period AD 233-5. Obverse is laureate, draped bust right. Reverse is Annona standing left, holding corn ears and cornucopiae. Modius at her feet left. As RIC IV, part 2, no. 133. Diameter 18.12mm, 2.63g.
